Care, made coherent

You are more than a checklist of symptoms.

Mental health care can feel fragmented — one appointment for a diagnosis, another for medication, and too little time spent understanding what is actually changing.

At Avanelle, we slow the process down enough to make it useful. We look at symptoms, functioning, health history, relationships, sleep, stress, culture, and the goals that matter to you. Then we make decisions together.

A steadier way forward

Thoughtful prescribing. Never rushed.

Start low, titrate deliberately, measure functional benefit, and stop escalation when benefit plateaus.

01

Listen before labeling

Your story and functioning matter as much as a symptom score.

02

Choose with intention

Recommendations include the why, the alternatives, the expected benefit, and the tradeoffs.

03

Measure what changes

We track relief, function, side effects, sleep, and quality of life — not dose alone.

04

Coordinate the whole plan

When therapy, primary care, testing, or a higher level of support is needed, we make the next step clear.

Before your first visit

Is Avanelle a physician practice?

No. Avanelle is a psychiatric-mental health advanced practice nursing practice led by Cynthia Love, APRN, MSN, PMHNP-BC. Services are provided within applicable state licensure, prescriptive-authority, and professional nursing requirements.

Are visits fully online?

Yes. Avanelle is designed as a telehealth-first practice. You must be physically located in a state where your clinician is licensed at the time of the visit. Availability may vary by state and service.

Will medication always be prescribed?

No. Medication is one possible part of care, not a guaranteed outcome. Recommendations follow a complete assessment, shared decision-making, clinical appropriateness, and applicable laws.

Does Avanelle prescribe controlled medication?

Controlled medications may be considered only when clinically appropriate and legally permitted. Decisions require clear treatment goals, careful monitoring, and regular reassessment. A first visit never guarantees a prescription.

Can Avanelle help in a crisis?

Avanelle does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you may harm yourself or someone else, call 911, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency department.
